ELECTRONIC PURCHASING PROCESS

In our online store, you will find the entire catalog of products offered by oenk9.com, to purchase any of them you must follow the following purchase process:

Search and compare the information of the products that you like and add them to the cart.
The products are shown with VAT already included in their prices in Euros.
Once you have finished adding to the cart all the products you want, access it, and check before going to place the order details (selected items, prices and taxes, shipping costs, etc).
If you agree with the order, you must complete the data collection form or login with your data (username and password) if you are already a registered user.
You must provide the shipping information and finally select the payment method. During this process the system will show you the expenses applicable to your order according to the selected delivery area and payment method.
Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your order, if you do not receive this message please contact us.

Payment methods:

oenk9.com has the following means of payment: Paypal, Card and Bank Transfer.
If the means of payment chosen is the bank transfer, you have a period of 5 working days to make the payment to the indicated bank account number, you must send us by email to info@oenk9.com, proof of payment. If you do not make the transfer within this period, the order will be canceled. We remind you that when selecting this form of payment you must bear in mind that the final cost of the order can be increased by the commission charged by your bank.

Delivery Deadlines

oenk9.com, provided that a problem not controlled by the stock does not arise, will send the purchased items once the corresponding income has been received by them.

While the buyer is late in its obligations, oenk9.com will not be obliged to serve the order.

Verified the payment of the purchase, and provided there is no problem of stock, the items will be sent within a period not exceeding 48 hours counting from the day following the aforementioned verification. The purchase made on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, is understood to be made the following Monday or next business day.

How is the product return policy?

We accept returns within a period of 14 days after the end of the sale, in the event that the product does not meet the expectations generated. Provided they are in perfect condition and we have stock in the warehouse.

In order to make a payment of the amount paid it is essential that the product arrives in a box in perfect condition, and with all the accessories without having been used, the product must remain fully valid for sale again. The customer must send the order to our warehouse facilities, address specified below:

The amount of products with signs of use, incomplete, custom or manipulated will not be returned and the buyer will be sent back to the buyer.

In case of return, the original and return shipping costs will always be borne by the buyer, discounting in the payment the corresponding amount. Unless it is a factory defect.
